The system is a 2 stage evaporator plant,consisting of the following major components:
• Evaporator vessel VD1 made of glass with stainless steel lid, volume 10 l, electrically heating, heating power 5200 W, designed for normal pressure.
• Evaporator vessel VD2 made of glass, designed for vacuum, with integrated triple heating coil with condensate collection line.
• 4 Condensers made of glass.
• Diaphragm pump P01 for feeding the vessels VD1 or VD2 alternatively
• Peristaltic pump P02 for the transfer of the liquid from vessel VD1 to VD2 or the other way round.
• Storage tank B1 made of Polyethylene
• Storage and product tank B2 made of polyethylene.
• Product tank B3 made of glass.
• PLC and PC-controlled System.
The control system of the plant is an industrial Process Logical Control (PLC) from Siemens. The system is operated from a PC using a Siemens Software ProTool or WinCC (recommended).
