The Model 3502 replaces our very popular 3501 optical chopper and is primarily used in non-linear optics and ultrafast experiments, fluorescence lifetime experiments, or applications requiring light modulation when optical signals are small. The redesigned electronics allows us to offer the 3502 chopper at a lower price while preserving the performance and functionality of the 3501.
● Stable and reliable phase locking
● Chopping is phase-locked to an internal frequency synthesizer
● Frequencies from 4 Hz to 10.65 kHz
● Lock to external references for harmonic or sub-harmonic chopping
