The Mid-autumn Festival is upcoming, in our Chinese tradition, we eat mooncake on that day, but do you have some unhappy memories about mooncake? We all know that mooncake is delicious, but it is apt to deteriorate as well. There are two methods to prevent mooncake from deterioration: 1)add preservatives into the mooncake directly; 2)make a sealed package for mooncake, and put deoxidant in the package. Because of the limitation of food additives these years, the method 2 is more popular. However some mooncake still go bad cause the package is not sealed enough or the deoxidant lose its effectiveness. Therefore we should pay more attention on this problem.
